Overwatch - ADDING ROLE SWITCHES IN COMPETITIVE?! (Switch in Role Queue?)

Role Queue has been in the game for everyone to experience, and so far it's been mainly positive. However, there is one glaring problem, and that is the inability to switch roles even if 2 players wanted to. This idea of a vote system where you can switches roles came up, and this video talks about that in this new role lock system.
