Should you constantly adjust your risk percentage? PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VIDEO SO WE CAN DO MORE! How much should you risk per trade? If you have a trading balance of say $10,000 and you're risking x percentage, when you lose money should you be reducing that risk each time to compensate for the lower account balance? This shows that you're thinking about risk and prudence and that's good. But this can become tricky in that it can add more problems and hassle to your trading. It is certainly more challenging for a day trader. I don't adjust position size that much in this respect.
